Payment Method We offer all the major credit cards via PayPal, money orders and checks. All international orders are to be made by money order in U.S. dollars and a bank fee may be incurred. Check/money order will be held for 7 business days to allow the check/money order to clear. There will be a $30.00 return check/money order fee. Virginia residents, sales tax will be added. If payment is not received within 7 days, the item will be cancelled and put back in stock. Your information will never be given or sold to any outside company for any reason. Shipping Policy On all purchases the shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The only method of payment we accept for non U.S. buyers are money orders in U.S. dollars and a bank fee may be incurred. International buyers accept the responsibility of all customs and duties, please, do not ask that the price be altered. Additional shipping charges may be required. Return Policy All items shipped out of the United States are non refundable and for U.S. buyers if the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve the matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim. The item must be returned to Elegance a Glance within five (5) business days of receiving your order. Elegance at a Glance must receive the returned item in the same condition as when it was shipped, box and all. There is a 15% restocking fee and if the item was damaged in return shipping, the restocking fee will not apply. Buyer responsible for return shipping / insurance. A credit will be applied to your PayPal account minus shipping/insurance and a refund if paid by money order minus shipping/insurance.
